Your Membership Options Explained
Our dental membership plan is perfect if you’re self-employed, unemployed, retired, or simply tired of traditional dental insurance.
We offer four in-house membership options for you to choose from:
Standard Adult Plan
For $56 a month or $564 for the year, you receive preventive cleanings, necessary x-rays, oral cancer screenings, an emergency exam, a fluoride treatment, discounts on take-home whitening, and 10% off other treatments.
Standard Child Plan
AGE 17 AND UNDER
For $54 a month or $542 for the year, you receive preventive cleanings, necessary x-rays, oral cancer screenings, an emergency exam, a fluoride treatment, and 10% off other treatments.
Perio Maintenance Plan
For $83 a month or $828 for the year, you receive periodontal maintenance every 3-4 months, oral cancer screenings, one to two exams, necessary x-rays, an emergency exam, a fluoride treatment, and 10% off other treatments.
Standard Senior Plan
60 AND OVER
For $56 a month or $564 for the year, you receive preventive cleanings, oral cancer screenings, one to two exams, necessary x-rays, an emergency exam, a fluoride treatment, discounts on take-home whitening, and 15% off other treatments.
