Cash and Credit Cards
We accept cash and most major credit cards.
CareCredit
CareCredit is a third-party lender that offers special financing options to cover dental and other healthcare expenses. You can apply for a CareCredit card in just a few minutes, allowing you to make monthly payments over time. They offer an interest-free option and flexible monthly payments, making it a convenient way to get the treatment you need.
Insurance
We accept all insurance and will happily file the necessary paperwork for you!
What Is a Co-Payment?
If you have dental insurance, it typically pays for two dental cleanings per calendar year, based on its “allowed amount.” They calculate this allowed amount by looking at which part of the country you live in; for dental cleanings, it often covers 100% of the cost.
Some dental plans have what is called a co-payment, which refers to the amount you will pay for a certain treatment. For dental exams and cleanings in Cary, the co-pay usually isn’t more than $20.
Because insurance can be confusing, we’ll do whatever we can to give you the information you need to make informed decisions.
What if I Forgot My Insurance Card?
Sometimes, patients forget their insurance card, but we’ll still proceed with your appointment as scheduled. There’s no need to worry!
If this happens to you, there are some ways to obtain that information:
- First, we’ll check to see if we already have your insurance information in our system.
- If we don’t have your information, you can contact your HR representative for the name of your insurance company and the group number.
- Another option is to pay for your services in full and allow us to file with your insurance company. Then, they can reimburse you directly for the covered amount.
Please let us know if you have any questions about the following payment options. Refer to the “No Insurance?” section to learn more about our in-house membership plan.
