This patient experienced a traumatic accident that resulted in the loss of their four upper front teeth. Naturally, this had a significant impact not only on function but also on confidence in their smile. We discussed several treatment options, including a conventional bridge, a removable partial denture, and dental implants. I placed two dental implants and used CAD/CAM custom abutments to ensure precision and a perfect fit. A zirconia bridge was then crafted to replace the missing teeth. The result was a durable, functional, and beautiful restoration that blended seamlessly with the patient’s natural smile.
