This patient struggled with several dental concerns that affected both their health and confidence. Severe crowding caused their upper front teeth to overlap, which not only made their smile less uniform but also contributed to gingivitis and bleeding gums. On top of that, a misaligned bite and noticeable discoloration left them feeling unhappy with their overall appearance.
A Straighter, Brighter Smile with Invisalign and Cosmetic Enhancements
I presented two options: traditional braces with metal brackets and wires, or Invisalign®. The patient chose Invisalign, and after 15 months of treatment, their teeth were beautifully aligned. We followed this with KoR professional whitening to ...

This patient came to me struggling with a loose upper partial denture, missing back teeth, and difficulty chewing. He wanted a solution that would restore function and give him a confident smile.
Life-Changing Results with a Fixed Hybrid Zirconia Bridge
We discussed options, including a new partial denture, a full denture, or a fixed hybrid bridge. The treatment plan included the extraction of all remaining upper teeth, placement of six dental implants, and a fixed hybrid zirconia bridge on multi-unit abutments.
This case is a powerful example of how implant-supported restorations can transform a patient’s life. The patient now enjoys eating without limitations, ...

This patient, a personal friend and dental specialist, had enamel mottling, worn teeth, and a broad smile. Previous large, discolored bondings on the upper front teeth were unaesthetic and needed to be addressed.
Porcelain Veneers
After discussing options, we removed the old bondings and planned full smile rejuvenation with Invisalign for bite alignment, followed by occlusal adjustment to balance the bite. I then placed ten porcelain veneers to restore worn teeth, improve shape, and create a seamless, natural-looking smile. A nightguard was provided to protect the veneers from nocturnal teeth clenching and grinding.
I really appreciated being trusted with this patient’s aesthetic care. ...

This patient came to me with upper front teeth that were small, severely worn, and had noticeable spaces. He wanted a smile that looked natural, balanced, and bright.
Transforming a Smile with Crowns and Veneers
We considered tooth-colored bondings versus porcelain restorations. The treatment plan included using a Kois deprogrammer to relax his jaw muscles, KoR teeth whitening, composite resin to restore worn lower front teeth, and gum recontouring. Ultimately, we placed ten porcelain restorations, combining crowns and veneers, and provided a nightguard to protect against bruxism.
This case is a powerful example of how combining crowns and veneers can improve tooth size, ...

This patient came to me with several missing teeth, severe acid erosion, and a collapsed bite that made chewing very difficult. He wanted to restore both the function and the appearance of his smile.
Restoring Function and Aesthetics with Crowns and Bridges
We reviewed options including partial dentures, implants, and bridges. Using Digital Smile Design, I was able to show him a preview of his new smile before treatment began. The final plan included a combination of porcelain crowns and bridges on both the upper and lower teeth. Some restorations were done to rebuild the bite and chewing function, while others focused ...

This patient had translucent edges on her upper front teeth, worn edges on both upper and lower teeth, a gummy smile, and desired larger upper lateral incisors and more proportionate tooth sizes. She wanted a brighter, more balanced, and youthful smile.
Gum Lift and Porcelain Veneers
After reviewing her options, we recommended aesthetic crown lengthening, or a “gum lift,” for all upper teeth to increase vertical tooth length and achieve proper symmetry. Ten porcelain veneers were placed on her upper teeth to improve size, shape, and color. A nightguard was provided to protect her natural teeth and restorations from nocturnal grinding.
This case ...

This patient came to me after having veneers placed on her upper front teeth by another dentist. Unfortunately, the results weren’t what she had hoped for. One veneer kept coming off and had to be redone multiple times, and when it was finally replaced, the color no longer matched the others. The veneers were also too square and appeared too yellow. On top of that, the poor fit and excess cement had caused gum inflammation around the veneers, leaving the patient frustrated and unhappy with her smile.
Transforming a Smile with 10 New Porcelain Veneers
We discussed the option of starting with ...

This patient came to me with darkened teeth from tetracycline staining and misaligned upper front teeth with multiple large fillings. She wanted a brighter, more natural-looking smile that fit her age and facial features.
Transforming a Smile with Crowns and Veneers
We explored options, including whitening alone or whitening combined with crowns. The treatment included KoR teeth whitening, a digital smile preview to plan the final look, and eight porcelain restorations combining crowns and veneers. A nightguard was provided to protect the restorations from teeth grinding at night.
This case is a powerful example of how carefully designed crowns and veneers can dramatically ...

This patient came to me with chipped, worn, and severely discolored upper front teeth. They already had crowns on their back teeth, which meant one of the biggest challenges was making sure the new restorations blended naturally with the existing crowns. Because the front teeth were structurally compromised, porcelain crowns were the best treatment option to restore strength and appearance.
A Seamless Smile with Porcelain Crowns
I placed five porcelain crowns on the upper front teeth, carefully matching the color, shape, and translucency to the patient’s existing crowns. Through the use of digital photography and excellent communication with the dental lab, we ...

This patient presented with acid reflux, forward tongue posture, generalized tooth wear from nocturnal bruxism, minimal tooth display when smiling, and an anterior open bite where the upper and lower front teeth didn’t meet. He wanted a solution to restore both the function and appearance of his smile.
Restoring Smile Length and Function
After reviewing his options, we decided on restorative crowns for the upper front eight teeth. This approach allowed us to increase the length of the teeth, improve the bite, and enhance esthetics. A custom nightguard was provided to protect both his natural teeth and the new restorations from nocturnal ...

This patient came to us after years of frustration. Despite two rounds of orthodontic treatment as an adult, their teeth did not move as expected because some were fused to the jawbone. This led to a misaligned bite that caused severe wear on the front teeth. To make matters more challenging, acid reflux, nocturnal bruxism, and an uneven bite had further damaged their smile.
A Smile Restored with Full Mouth Reconstruction
At first, I tried conservative bonding on the upper front teeth, but it simply could not hold up against the patient’s bite issues. After careful planning, I completed a full mouth ...

This patient experienced a traumatic accident that resulted in the loss of their four upper front teeth. Naturally, this had a significant impact not only on function but also on confidence in their smile. We discussed several treatment options, including a conventional bridge, a removable partial denture, and dental implants. After reviewing the benefits of each, implants offered the most stable and natural-looking solution.
Restoring a Smile with an Implant-Supported Bridge
I placed two dental implants and used CAD/CAM custom abutments to ensure precision and a perfect fit. A zirconia bridge was then crafted to replace the missing teeth. The result was ...

This patient had a root canal-treated tooth that had a post and crown, which unfortunately broke off at the gumline. The goal was to restore function and create a natural-looking result.
Implant, Abutment, and Crown
After reviewing treatment options, we extracted the broken tooth and placed a dental implant with the help of Dr. Brenegan, our periodontist. I then restored the implant using a custom abutment and crown.
The result demonstrates how careful planning with CBCT 3-D imaging and digital bite scans can help the implant emerge naturally from the gums. The crown’s color was custom-matched in the lab to blend seamlessly with ...
