This patient came to me with chipped, worn, and severely discolored upper front teeth. They already had crowns on their back teeth, which meant one of the biggest challenges was making sure the new restorations blended naturally with the existing crowns. Because the front teeth were structurally compromised, porcelain crowns were the best treatment option to restore strength and appearance.
A Seamless Smile with Porcelain Crowns
I placed five porcelain crowns on the upper front teeth, carefully matching the color, shape, and translucency to the patient’s existing crowns. Through the use of digital photography and excellent communication with the dental lab, we were able to achieve a seamless, natural look. The new crowns not only restored function but also created a whiter, brighter, and more confident smile.
This case is a wonderful example of how porcelain crowns can completely rejuvenate a smile, while still blending beautifully with existing restorations. I especially enjoyed the artistry involved in achieving such a natural-looking result, and the patient was thrilled with their transformation.
